The Bella Sera is different by design. They live, breathe, and custom design wedding celebrations the way they themselves would want to celebrate. Sometimes the best parts of a wedding celebration are what guests don’t see coming. That is why the owners of The Bella Sera spent years perfecting the art of creating spectacular events, and continue to look for innovative ideas to create engaging and memorable wedding experiences you and your guests will love and enjoy.
Exclusive only to The Bella Sera, every couple will receive an all-inclusive planning process that includes an invaluable Event Production Meeting, an Event Design Session with their own designer, a Private Food Tasting, a meeting with your DJ to design your music plan, a meeting with your Photographer to establish your photo vision and style desired (if choosing their photography), a final meeting, and a ceremony rehearsal. Once all of the planning is completed, their expert team of Event Directors and DJ’s will take over and execute all of the details.

Bella Sera’s in-house Design Team experts are included with every wedding package, guiding and helping you with your decor choices and overall vision. Depending on which package is chosen, they’ll help you design your entire wedding with their endless decor choices.
The average wedding can take more than two hundred and fifty hours to plan; yes 250 hours! The good news is that won’t be the case for couples choosing The Bella Sera. Designing your wedding will not only be stress-free, it will be fun! The best part is, everything in your package will be decorated for you before you arrive.

TOP-NOTCH DJ’S & CUSTOM MUSIC PLANS
Music is a major reception fun factor, and has a lot to do with how long your guests will stay. The last thing you want to see is your dance floor clears out when the DJ plays obscure songs that are
hard to dance to. This won’t happen with their talented DJ’s. If you want to keep the dance floor packed, plan a playlist with their DJ that will please the whole crowd, not just you two. From their crowd-pleasing Emcee talents, to top of the line sound equipment, their DJ’s know what it takes to create that once-in-a-lifetime celebration you’re dreaming of.
EVENT PLANNING & EVENT DIRECTORS
You’re going to invest a significant amount of time, money and thought into your wedding, that’s why their Event Planners and Event Directors will ensure you get to experience your wedding day to the fullest.
You aren’t planning just any wedding – it’s YOUR wedding – you deserve to enjoy it (and so does your mom!) They’ll handle scheduling all your Bella Sera creative team meetings and your rehearsal, doing all of the wedding day setup and decorating, and together they’ll create a timeline of events that will guarantee the celebration of a lifetime. You won’t lift a finger and can relax, stress free on your wedding day!
You’ll get: Preferred vendor recommendations, an online payment portal, budget advice, and a custom event overview during your Event Production meeting.
TALENTED, EXPERIENCED PHOTOGRAPHERS
Two of their packages include two incredibly talented photographers for 7 hours. You’ll also have full digital rights to all of the images, and access to them via your own personal online gallery. Over 90% of the photography on Bella Sera’s website and social media sites is from the beautiful work of these talented preferred photographers. They specialize in low-light photography, and know how to capture every unique angle and special detail.
DELICIOUS IN-HOUSE CATERING
(WITH THE OPTION TO BRING IN YOUR OWN LICENSED CATERER)
Nobody wants “typical wedding food”, so you’ll be delighted to find an array of satisfying entrée options from our chefs from Mexican, Italian and American cuisine. Choosing the perfect menu for a large gathering can be difficult. That’s why owner and chef John Montoya has prepared a menu that includes something for everyone. Enjoy a private food tasting, and invite your parents. You’re sure to taste and enjoy many delicious items making it easy to choose a menu that will please all of your guests. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available.
